The Cooperation with the Professional Community and Public Information Committee (CPC-PI) needs reliable volunteers for easy and rewarding service work. |
|
Members of the fellowship that have over 30 days sober can assist with occasional mailings – stuffing envelopes, attaching stamps and labels, etc. |
|
The committee also needs individuals with two or more years of sobriety for occasional opportunities to speak on public information panels or to help carry the A.A. message to local mental health and medical professional, members of law enforcement and the judicial system, etc. (An orientation regarding the appropriate manner and responsibilities for carry the message through CPC-PI will be provided.) |

The Corrections Committee needs volunteers to participate in AA meetings at Pasquotank Maximum Security Correctional Institution in Elizabeth City, NC. This participation can also be as a volunteer or an outside speaker, which requires no paperwork when processed as a one-time visit request.
